I like this resource because it also talks about specific cities on the grid, in the note section for that country. It will tell you what adaptors and are needed and even shows pictures. It also talks about the fact that you may need an electric converter. So make sure before you travel that you do your research and know what type of power will be available and what power accessories may be needed.
